Building Bikes

Man on Bike
Mechanical Engineering students enrolled in ME 441 — often referred to as the “bike building class” — study the geometry and physics of single track vehicles and then design and build their own bicycles. During the last week of class, the students ride other student's designs around Engineering Plaza. Here, Mechanical Engineering student Sean Gager pedals a prone bike designed by Aaron Turjillo.
