The Flare Scholar Program is an annual professional development program designed for aspiring health care leaders, operating executives and product/technical professionals to gain firsthand knowledge of the health care technology industry.
Since 2016, we have had 440+ of the industry’s rising founders, operators, investors and innovators join our growing community. Applications for the Class of 2026 open on Sept. 8 and can be found at the link below. The team will be hosting two virtual info sessions this year to provide an overview of the program and answer questions from candidates. If you can’t attend one of the info sessions, we highly encourage you to view the recording, which will also be made available after the event.

Candidates invited to interview will be notified in late October. Interviews will consist of 1st and 2nd rounds with a member of the Flare team. The final Class of 2026 will be announced in December. We encourage applicants to apply early in the application cycle, and we look forward to learning more about you!
