Join us for an information session at 5:10 p.m. Feb. 20 in PAC / Phillips Hall (006-124) on the African Californios project, an interdisciplinary collaboration involving faculty and students in history and computing lead by PI Dr. Cameron Jones (History) and Co-PI Foaad Khosmood (CSSE).
The project seeks to explore the lives of early Californians of African descent using data science methods. The project is the recipient of a major National Endowment of Humanities (NEH) grant for 2025.
