Noyce School of Applied Computing to Host Hadley Wickham in Distinguished Speaker Series

The College of Engineering invites you to the Noyce School of Applied Computing Distinguished Speaker Series featuring technology expert Hadley Wickham.

The event will be held from 2:10 to 4 p.m. Monday, March 30 at the Advanced Technologies Lab.

Wickham is a chief scientist at Posit PBC, winner of the 2019 COPSS award and a member of the R Foundation. He builds tools (both computational and cognitive) to make data science easier, faster and more fun. His work includes packages for data science and principled software development. He is also a writer, educator and speaker promoting the use of R for data science. Learn more here.
