During E-Week this year, we’re excited to host the Engineering Club Showcase: a chance to highlight the incredible work of our engineering clubs. This event celebrates the countless hours you dedicate to project-based learning and provides an opportunity to display projects, recruit new members and collaborate with other IRAs.

Event: Engineering Club Showcase
When: Feb. 26 | 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Location: Engineering Plaza
If your organization is interested in participating, please fill out the sign-up form by Feb. 13 so that Engineering Student Council has ample time to coordinate and finalize logistics. We really want to showcase as many clubs and IRA’s as possible, fully displaying the breadth of engineering extracurriculars on campus.
What to Bring / What’s Provided:
- Bring any current/past projects you wish to display, posters of projects, laptops to display pictures, printed fliers to hand out, souvenirs/trinkets or any other props related to your IRA.
- ESC will provide a limited number of tables as requested. If your organization needs one, please note so in the sign-up form.
