Cal Poly students recently received an email from the American College Health Association inviting them to complete the National College Health Assessment (NCHA), also known as the Cal Poly Health Assessment. The Cal Poly Health Assessment is a voluntary and confidential online survey about health behaviors, attitudes and experiences that takes approximately 20 minutes to complete. Campus Health & Wellbeing relies on the information gathered to create and prioritize student programming on campus. You can help!
The survey will be available from Jan. 21 through Feb. 8. All survey participants will be entered into a random drawing to win one of 25 $100 gift cards to the Cal Poly bookstore.
