Tesla invites Cal Poly’s 2025 engineering grads to apply for the PEAK Program. The PEAK Program is a dynamic, six-month training initiative tailored for early-career engineers. It’s designed to equip participants with a broad understanding of various engineering disciplines, preparing them for the challenging and fast-paced manufacturing environment at Tesla. This is a full-time role as a Tesla employee working onsite at Gigafactory Nevada.
What You’ll Do
- Optimize manufacturing processes or facilities/construction projects
- Lead root cause analysis & corrective actions
- Execute hands-on engineering projects
Structure
- Instructor-Led Training + Online Training
- On-the-Job Training with Semi, Battery, Quality, Production Control, Construction teams and more
- Engineering Projects presented to factory leadership
Requirements
- Cal Poly Engineering degree – Graduating class of 2025
- Resume + 1 letter of recommendation (upload together)
- 3 examples of engineering excellence
- Full-time onsite availability Feb. 2026
