The Atlantic Council’s Cyber Statecraft Initiative, in partnership with the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey (MIIS), is proud to host the inaugural Cyber 9/12 Strategy Challenge on Nov. 7–8 in-person at the MIIS campus in Monterey, California.
This premier cyber policy and strategy competition invites undergraduate and graduate students from all disciplines to respond to a fictional cyber crisis, presenting their recommendations to expert judges from government, industry and civil society. Participants will gain hands-on experience in policy analysis, strategic thinking and effective communication skills, and connect with leading professionals in the cybersecurity field.
We are also seeking experts from academia to serve as judges or speakers.
