Faculty applications are now open for the BEACoN Research Mentoring Program, run by the Office of University Diversity and Inclusion.
Centering around underrepresented students but open to all Cal Poly undergraduates, BEACoN seeks to make research experience accessible by providing funded research opportunities working one-on-one with faculty.
Faculty mentors will earn a stipend of $1,000 (taxed) at the end of each winter and spring quarters.
Apply by 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 10 here for faculty-generated projects or here for OUDI-generated projects.
