We would like to take the opportunity to share one upcoming key event with you all — our three-minute thesis! The three-minute thesis is a competition in which students present a three-minute comprehensive summary of their thesis or project to an audience, where there will be a panel of judges that will score them based on their rubric.
Food and beverages will be provided at the event. We would love to see the campus community show up for our presenters who will be presenting from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
The event will be on Feb. 5 from 3 to 5 p.m. in the Advanced Technology Building/ATL (building 07).
- First place will be sent to the Virtual Western Association of Graduate Schools and CSU wide competitions in 2024 and get $500
- Second place will receive $250
- Third place will receive $100
- There will also be a peoples’ choice award where the audience will vote for their favorite presentation at the end of the event.
