The California State University International Programs (CSU IP) is pleased to announce the following opportunity for faculty. We invite applications for the resident director position in Florence, Italy.
The 2025-26 resident director application is available now. We have set up the following website for you to reference for additional information.
Applications are due to the CSU International Programs by Dec. 31.
CSU IP will not have a resident director for the Spain and France programs starting during the 2025-26 academic year. Unfortunately, this action was necessitated for financial reason.
CSU IP is working on developing new opportunities at these and other locations where faculty can participate. The details will be shared when they become available.
We currently offer a faculty seminar, where CSU faculty visit for a week at partner institutions to present and explore collaborative research. The most recent seminar was held in Japan in June 2023, where 20 CSU faculty members participated.
The resident director in Florence study center will provide onsite academic, administrative and fiscal supervision under the direction of the executive director of international affairs.
