In partnership with SoCalGas, STEM-NET is offering $2,500 to an undergraduate student majoring in a STEM discipline currently conducting research under the auspices of a faculty member at Cal Poly.
The campus can only submit one nomination for the spring 2024 SoCalGas Student Research Fellowship.
To identify the campus nominee, we are asking interested faculty and student applicants working together on research to complete this form by end of day Friday, Oct. 27.
From the submissions received, one Cal Poly proposal will be selected as the campus nominee.
NOTE: The selected proposal must be submitted to the CSU by 5 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 1. The director of the Office of Student Research, Professor Jane Lehr, will provide submission process information to the student and faculty member who submitted the proposal selected to move forward.
