The Bill H. James Foundations is pleased to accept 2023 scholarship applications for: The Bill H. James Scholarship for Aspiring African-American Engineers.
The scholarship endeavors to address the need for diversity in the engineering field and to support the education of deserving African-American students.
Consideration for this award is available to students who meet the following criteria:
· Must be an African-American/Black (non-Hispanic) U.S. citizen
· Must be pursuing a degree or course of study in an engineering program at an accredited four year college or university in California
· Must be entering their Junior or Senior year or pursuing a graduate degree in the 2023-2024 school year
· Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2
