It is award nomination season for the College of Engineering.  Below you will find a link to the nomination surveys for each of the College of Engineering awards. Full award criteria can be found when you click on each link.  Please complete your nominations by May 12, 2023. 

College of Engineering Diversity and Inclusion Award

This award gives you the opportunity to identify individuals in our college that have a demonstrated record of creating, implementing, or serving programs which support a diverse and inclusive culture within the College. 

Please take a few moments to help us recognize our faculty, staff and students that embrace and support Cal Poly’s efforts toward a more inclusive and diverse campus climate.  This survey allows you to submit multiple nominations.  Just submit each nomination separately by hitting the “done” button and then reopening the link provided.  Nomination, criteria, and detailed instruction held within the survey itself.

Don and Paula Heye Annual Award for Outstanding Club Advisor

This award is intended to recognize and honor the meritorious efforts of an individual in the College of Engineering who provides exemplary service to students through club advising.

This award is intended to recognize and honor the meritorious efforts of an individual in the College of Engineering who provides exemplary service to students through teaching.

Don and Paula Heye Annual Faculty/Staff Safety Award

This award is intended to recognize employee efforts that engage and enhance safety in all aspects (classroom, club activities, laboratory, research, and project work) of student education.

Don and Paula Heye Annual Student/Club Safety Award

This award is intended to recognize student, club, and IRA (Instructionally Related Activities) efforts that engage and enhance safety in all aspects (classroom, club activities, laboratory, research, and project work) of student education and activities, inside and outside of class.
