Campus Health & Wellbeing will host Mental Health Fridays throughout the month of May.
Resources Available:
- Students can receive services in person or virtually (zoom and phone)
- Students can access urgent or crisis support 24/7 by calling (805) 756-2511
- Students can drop-in to Let’s Talk for one-on-one informal consultations/support
- Students can access weekly drop-in groups (including ADHD Support Group, ROOTS: BIPOC Support Group, Wise Minds: Mental Health LifeSkills; Flyer Attached)
- Students can access pre-recorded webinars and relaxation and support videos made for Cal Poly Students here.

May Mental Health Fridays are back!
- May is Mental Health Awareness Month
- Each Friday we will have a different Mental Health Topic Seminar (which is an anonymous platform) for the Cal Poly Community
- Each virtual seminar is 50 minutes or less and will include the ability for a Q&A
Topics Include:
- test anxiety
- understanding and responding to high stress or trauma
- body image
- grief and loss
- helping a friend experiencing mental health distress
