Are you interested in becoming an officer for Engineering Student Council (ESC)? ESC officers serve as a channel of communication between engineering students, the College of Engineering and the University in order to facilitate the voicing of the student opinion. ESC also enhances the student experience within the College by providing cohesion and cooperation between the diverse student organizations and clubs within the College of Engineering. Specifically, ESC assists the college with running the CENG Student Leadership Summit in the Fall, Engineers Week in the winter and the Order of the Engineer and Student Choice Awards in the spring.
If interested in becoming an officer, please fill out the ESC officer application by Monday, May 29. Students running for officer positions will be expecting to give a maximum of a two-minute speech describing why they would like/deserve the position.
Elections will be held on Wednesday, May 31 at 6:10 p.m. via Zoom. Any CENG student present at the election may vote in the election.
