As you should know, the College of Engineering recently embarked on a strategic planning effort. The goal of this effort is to create a compelling, shared vision for our College’s future and to make that vision a reality through the identification of key strategic priorities and specific goals tied to actionable plans.
To effectively define and articulate our shared vision and strategic priorities, we need your input.
I’m asking all faculty and staff to complete this survey to share your feedback on topics such as:
· Our mission and values
· Our vision for the future
· The values that define us
· Student programs, services, and learning opportunities
· Academic programs and areas of distinction for the College
Your participation and contributions to this effort are vital to shaping our priorities and supporting the success of our students, faculty, and staff – now and in the future.
The faculty and staff survey is anonymous, should take 10-15 minutes, and will be open until Friday March 18th.
