- The College of Engineering is hiring part-time Student Safety Officers to assist with safety-related initiatives in our laboratories and with our student clubs and organizations. This is part of the College’s commitment to providing a safe, enabling environment for all students, faculty, staff, and visitors. The appointment will start immediately and continue for the 2021-22 academic year. Applicants must be able to work during a portion of the summer term. Ideally, candidates will be at a sophomore or junior stage in their degree, so that they will be able to help train and overlap with a successor – though applicants at all stages of their degree will be considered. - The College of Engineering is looking for student assistants to support operations for triaging the college’s support needs of faculty, staff, and students. We are looking for students that have prior customer service experience, preferably in an IT-related field. Knowledge in or a passion for computing is a plus! Work schedule will be flexible to accommodate classes, and would total 20 hours per week during academic sessions and up to 40 hours per week during academic breaks.
