The Aviation Week 2021 New Generation Leaders survey is part of a study to learn how and why students and young professionals are making their career decisions.
Why participate? This survey was designed by a group of aerospace and defense young professionals and STEM educators to assist our nation’s leaders to form policy supporting Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics education and by hiring managers with government agencies and corporations as they develop workplace strategies for the future. The results of this research will be published in an analysis white paper and in a feature that will appear in Aviation Week & Space Technology.
Participate in the survey, which will take approximately 15 – 20 minutes to complete. Be sure your thoughts expectations are heard and provided to government agencies and corporations so that they can better prepare for the future.
