After attending this workshop faculty members will be able to: identify the definition and types of trauma that students commonly experience, discuss how trauma impacts the brain/body, identify common responses to trauma, discuss ways to support students who have experienced trauma, and explore ways to manage boundaries and engage in self-care. Faculty members will have a chance to ask questions and discuss appropriate resources.
