Purdue’s Early Discovery Program

Purdue University College of Engineering is now accepting applications for our Early Discovery event! Be empowered to build your network and discover your next step. This interactive two-day FREE online event will feature expert speakers and interactive discussions on topics like: Is Grad School for Me?, Graduate School Funding, Careers with a Graduate Degree, and more!  

Application Deadline: Submit your Early Discovery application no later than February 26, 2021 at 5:00 p.m. EST.

Virtual Dates:
Sunday, March 21, 2021; 3pm – 6:30pm EDT and
Monday, March 22, 2021; 6pm – 8:30pm EDT
Times are tentative. Final schedule will be shared with selected participants

Student Eligibility: 
Students must meet the following eligibility criteria in order to participate in the program:

  • US Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Member of an underrepresented minority group in engineering (including Hispanic, Black or African American, Native American, Native Hawaiian, or Pacific Islander)
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline, and two or more years from graduation
  • GPA 3.0 or greater
  • Interest in and potential for graduate study
