For their senior project, Salman Wajahat and Sveta Selvan are starting a 3D printer filament recycling program at Cal Poly. They are currently seeking feedback from faculty, staff and students who have access to 3D printers. Their goal is to collect all the waste filament on the campus and give back recycled filament to the users.
“We are trying to help Cal Poly become a greener and more eco-friendly campus,” Wajahat said.
