Cal Poly Rose Float: The Making of Aquatic Aspirations

This year's Rose Float team won the Director's Award during the 2020 Tournament of Roses Parade.

After last year’s Cal Poly Rose Float team won its biggest award in 70 years, we began following the team last winter as members began designing their concept for the 2020 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena. Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how the team came up with their float, plus information about the parade and Cal Poly’s float past.
