The reports from last spring’s Cal Poly Experience (CPX) listening sessions and campuswide survey are available online (https://diversity.calpoly.edu/cpx/final-report/). In addition, a video of the Strategic Diversity Leadership Institute keynote session is now available online.
You are encouraged to take the time to watch the video and read these reports, think about the results and recommendations more deeply, and consider how you can play a role in improving our campus climate.
Join the workshop-style event on Nov. 21 to hear more about the CPX survey and listening sessions and generate ideas that will help with the campus-wide action planning process later this year. The session is open to all members of our community, with seating available on a first-come, first-served basis.
