Message from Dean Amy S. Fleischer:
As part of our focus on diversity and inclusion, the college is strongly encouraging all staff and faculty to attend a workshop on “Exposing Hidden Bias.” The departments have worked with us to offer these throughout the year, and to date over 60% of us have attended one.
If you have not yet attended this workshop, please make plans to do so if at all possible. Those who have attended have found it interesting and impactful.
