Students who publish peer reviewed papers or posters under the guidance of a faculty member are eligible to receive up to $500 to support their travel to a conference to present their work. Students can apply to these awards at any time – graduate awards are processed when they are received, but undergraduate awards are processed during the first week of each month.
All Graduate Students
Funds are provided by graduate education and issued as a scholarship directly to the student’s Student Account via financial aid. Please read about the Graduate Conference Award to learn about the award requirements and how to apply.
CENG Undergraduate Students
Funds are provided by the College of Engineering and a chartfield string is provided to the faculty advisor’s department to be used toward the Concur expense report. Please have your faculty advisor complete this form (you can also look over the form to read about the award’s requirements).
