Call for proctors at the world’s largest pre-college STEM competition

Lift up the next generation of STEM innovators by serving as a proctor, judge or interpreter during the virtual interviews at this year’s Regeneron International Science and Engineering Fair. No experience required. Judging takes place May 3-6, 2021 via video conferencing.

Proctor | A proctor serves as adult supervision and advocate for the student finalists during their 3-hour interview period. 

No expertise required. Once you create a volunteer profile, click “register for an upcoming event” and it will take you through the steps to sign-up for a time.

Judge | Judges sign-up for 3-hour shifts and can sign-up for as many as 3. Check for eligibility. Application takes just 15 minutes to complete.

Interpret | We are looking for individuals with language skills in Arabic, Japanese Mandarin, Portuguese, Russian, Spanish, Thai, Turkish and many more to help students communicate their research to the judges. Technical language skills are not necessary.
