Are you struggling with mental health or substance abuse?

You are not alone.

It is okay not to be okay.

CENG faculty and staff are here to listen and guide you to helpful resources. The following individuals have been trained by the National Mental Health First Aid organization. Reach out to any of them. Look for the Mental Health First Aid sticker on their door. They want to help!

Wherever you are in your academic and personal journey, Counseling Services is here to help you take steps toward emotional health and wellbeing through our clinical, educational, and consultative services. If you don’t need to be seen urgently but would like to meet with a therapist to discuss counseling options, call Counseling Services at 805-756-2511 and ask for a “screening appointment.”

If you are a student in crisis or urgent distress call 805-756-2511 anytime. After hours, follow the prompts to select option 2 to speak with a counselor.

If you or someone you know is an imminent danger to themselves or someone else, call 911 or go to the nearest Emergency Room.
