Are you struggling with mental health or substance abuse?
You are not alone.
It is okay not to be okay.
CENG faculty and staff are here to listen and guide you to helpful resources. The following individuals have been trained by the National Mental Health First Aid organization. Reach out to any of them. Look for the Mental Health First Aid sticker on their door. They want to help!
