Women in Engineering

The Women in Engineering Program (WEP) at Cal Poly helps students build community and find support as they move through their engineering education. It offers a place to connect with others, ask questions and grow more confident in a field that can feel demanding at times.

Through mentoring and program events, students strengthen their academic path while building connections that carry forward into their careers. WEP creates a space where students feel supported and better prepared to navigate engineering at Cal Poly.

Find Your Community

The Women in Engineering Program connects students with a supportive network of peers, mentors and professionals across engineering.
