Have you ever used a Roomba or food delivery robot? Are you curious about how these robots are developed? Robots are increasingly entering human-centered spaces and interacting with people on a daily basis. In CPE 4470/4471 Human-Robot Interaction, we will explore how robots can perceive and model humans, and how they can communicate and collaborate with people. You will develop skills to evaluate user needs, develop robotics systems to interact and collaborate with people and analyze people’s interactions with them.
