The Bill H. James Scholarship for Aspiring African-American Engineers

The Bill H. James Foundations is pleased to accept applications for the Bill H. James Scholarship for Aspiring African-American Engineers.

The scholarship endeavors to address the need for diversity in the engineering field and to support the education of deserving African-American students.

Consideration for this award is available to students who meet the following criteria:

Must be an African-American/ Black (non-Hispanic) U.S. citizen

Must be pursuing a degree or course of study in an engineering program at an accredited four year college or university in California

Must be entering their Junior or Senior year or pursuing a graduate degree in the 2022-2023 school year

Must have a minimum GPA of 3.2
