CSUPERB Faculty Grant Program

Open call for proposals for the CSUPERB Seed Grant programs are listed below. The deadline for submissions is February 1, 2021 by 5:00 pm pacific time.

In addition, an informational proposal writing webinar recording with tips and advice is available on the CSUPERB homepage and is listed with the RFPs. Follow-up Q&A sessions will be held on November 20 and December 11, 2020, at 1:00 pm (registration required). Note that the webinar and Q&A sessions will replace the proposal writing session traditionally held at the CSU Biotechnology Symposium in January 2021.

Please forward this announcement to all faculty involved in biotechnology education and research on your campus.

RFPs include all contextual information, review criteria, eligibility requirements, and submission policies for each program.

CSUPERB explicitly adds to the list health IT and medical device research and development. CSUPERB welcomes and encourages applications from CSU faculty in all disciplines related to the current practice of biotechnology, including but not limited to life sciences, physical sciences, clinical sciences, math, computer science, agricultural science, engineering, and/or business.
