The ME Department, through the IDEAS Grant, is pleased to bring you a new “Study Hall” experience. It’s a Zoom room with a host that will put you into a breakout room with other people working on the same class/topic/assignment as you, no matter when you join. But, we’ll need a lot of people to start using it if it’s going to feel supportive of everyone. The idea is to provide a welcoming environment where you can make new friends and find classmates. It will be going Monday – Thursday nights from 6-10 PM for the rest of Fall quarter. We’re hoping you’ll just go there and hang out when you’re doing homework each night – and then friends can find you and you can work together. You’ll join the Zoom room and tell your host what you’re working on, and they’ll help you find a spot/breakout room with students working on the same thing.
