Engineering Careers in Sustainability: Event Advisory

Students will find a wealth of information from industry representatives with real experience in the practice of sustainable engineering, which has become increasingly important to the industry.

Who:   Cal Poly College of Engineering and College of Architecture and Environmental Design

What:  Engineering Careers in Sustainability: Network and Discussion

Students are invited to attend a panel discussion of careers in sustainability. The panel includes several employer representatives, including successful Cal Poly alumni. Students may prepare questions to ask during the discussion. Following the panel, lunch will be provided at no cost. Students can bring resumes and network with company representatives for internship, co-op and career opportunities.

When:  Thursday, January 24, 2008 - 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

            11 a.m. - Noon: Panel discussion                

            Noon - 1:30 p.m.: Lunch and networking opportunities            

Where:  Cal Poly campus, Advanced Technology Laboratories (ATL) - Bldg. 007
