	Applying to Blended BS+MS Programs Current Cal Poly students interested in applying to a blended BS+MS program should meet with the appropriate Graduate Coordinator prior to completing 205 units of study toward the BS degree. Formal application is made by submitting two forms to the Graduate Coordinator: a Change of Degree Objective and a Formal Study Plan. Note that you must apply early enough to be in graduate (BMS) status for at least two full quarters of coursework. Additional requirements and necessary forms are posted at the Graduate Programs web site.
